I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, modern, clean, and very comfortable, although they didn't offer a perfect view. The staff was extremely hospitable and provided excellent service, even listening to my concerns and offering a partial refund as gratitude. The location was perfect, in the heart of Tirana city and close to all the main attractions, making it very convenient. However, the surrounding area seemed a bit shabby and dirty. The dining experience was excellent with a wide variety of delicious local foods, though they could improve by adding a water hose to the toilets for convenience.
