the indoor and outdoor swimming pools provided a welcome respite, and i appreciated that massage services were available, although i did not have time to book one. the spacious rooms featured helpful and friendly staff, and i found it quite easy to get assistance whenever needed. the hotel's proximity to shopping, restaurants, and cafes made exploring the area convenient.
i noticed slight cleaning oversights around the bathtub area.

the hotel was undergoing major reconstruction. i woke up before 8am on sunday due to the noise. the suite felt tired and lacked sufficient plugs.

The hotel provides a comfortable stay. the location was perfect for city exploration (i walked everywhere). breakfast had great options. i especially liked the pool and gym. Both were spacious.

The staff cleaned rooms daily, providing new bedding and towels! new toiletries were provided when needed. I appreciate that. the staff members are lovely. They are friendly and always smile! i enjoyed the free bottled water in my room each day.
i noticed a need for better cleaning around the bathtub, it was a slight inconvenience.

the room was a big tower beautiful double or twin room, it has massive beds that feel comfy. also, the gym has great facilities. it felt very well equipped and spacious.

The location was acceptable for my needs. The staff was friendly.
The exterior of the building was entirely covered in scaffolding. I found this quite UNACCEPTABLE. This obstructed any view and gave the impression of abandonment.
